Texsylvania cooks on a Meadow Creek TS250, Meadow Creek BBQ42, BBQ Guru Caldera del Fuego (don't forget the BBQ Guru controller!), and a Kamado #7.
Still in our cooking regimen is the Charbroil gas grill and our original pair of Charbroil Silver Smokers. Hopefully our old Austin National 8'er has found a great home with
Kevin of Shamrock BBQ in Quakertown, PA.
We make our own rubs and sauces. Maybe someday we'll look into bottling them for sale
We could not live without our Thermapen and Port-a-Cool evaporator cooling unit during the scorching summer months.
Likewise, quality lump charcoal is a must as are our industrial thermo gloves and dozen full bun pans. Last but not least, Jeannine loves her Bernina 200E with embroidery for all of our aprons,
tablecloths, and various personalized BBQ items.
